abajee Terms & Conditions

Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age. abajee enforces age verification using your National Identity Card (NID) or other government-issued identity documentation at the point of registration. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds in the account returned after a compliance review.

Jurisdiction

You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted for your personal use. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the abajee Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your location. abajee does not represent or warrant that the Platform is legal in every jurisdiction.

One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one abajee account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balances held across all duplicate accounts.

Accurate Information

You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information at registration and update your details promptly if any information changes. abajee reserves the right to suspend or close any account where false or misleading information has been provided, including during the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.

Excluded Persons

The following individuals may not register or use abajee under any circumstances: persons who have self-excluded from abajee or any other gambling platform; persons who have been excluded by a court order, regulatory body, or relevant authority; employees, contractors, agents, or close relatives of abajee personnel; and persons who abajee determines are at risk of problem gambling and whose account has been flagged for protective restrictions.

Deposits

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account) that is registered in the same name as the abajee account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• abajee does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges — these are your responsibility.
• Deposited funds are credited to your abajee Wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider, typically within a few minutes. In cases of payment network delays, crediting may take up to 24 hours.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless a formal payment method change request has been approved by abajee's payments team.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. abajee may request additional documentation during this process.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours on business days. Complex cases, high-value withdrawals, or accounts under review may take longer.
• abajee reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending a security or compliance review. Players will be notified by their registered mobile number in such cases.

Prohibited Financial Conduct

• Depositing funds with the intent to withdraw without engaging in genuine gaming activity ("bonus washing" or "money laundering") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
• Chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes filed with a payment provider against abajee transactions are considered a breach of these Terms. Any resulting losses or fees incurred by abajee will be recovered from the Player's account balance.
• abajee operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Any account suspected of facilitating financial crime will be reported to the relevant authorities and all funds frozen pending investigation.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance within your Wallet and are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible game contributions, and expiry periods are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Players are responsible for reading these terms before opting in.
• abajee reserves the right to cancel or modify any active bonus at any time if evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms is identified.
• A maximum of one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment account. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple welcome bonuses will result in all bonuses being voided and accounts permanently closed.
• Bonus funds cannot be used to fulfil minimum odds requirements on bets placed solely to satisfy wagering without genuine gaming intent ("bonus scalping").

RNG and Live Games

All slot and virtual games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified for fairness. Live casino games are streamed in real time from licensed studios and operate under the rules set by the respective studio provider. abajee does not control or influence game outcomes — all results are determined by the game software.

Sports Betting

Cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports betting markets are offered on a best-efforts basis. abajee reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle markets differently from initial expectations in the event of data errors, feed failures, match abandonment, or force majeure events. Voided bets are returned to the player's Wallet at the original stake amount.

Prohibited Conduct

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets or interact with the Platform is strictly prohibited.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or miscalculated odds (arbitrage against the house) is prohibited. Any winnings generated through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Collusion between players in live games or sports betting markets is prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
• Any attempt to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's software is a criminal offence and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Data Security

All personal and financial data transmitted to and from the abajee Platform is protected by TLS/SSL encryption. Account passwords are stored in hashed form and are never transmitted or stored in plain text. abajee employs industry-standard security practices to protect player data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your abajee login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. abajee will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact abajee support immediately via live chat.

Service Availability

abajee does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network outages, third-party provider issues, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. abajee will not be liable for any losses arising from such interruptions.

Financial Losses

Gambling involves financial risk. By using the abajee Platform, you acknowledge and accept that you may lose money wagered. abajee is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through gameplay. Players are solely responsible for their own gaming decisions and the management of their own funds.

Maximum Liability Cap

In no event shall abajee's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your abajee Wallet in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim. This cap applies to all causes of action in the aggregate.

Grounds for Action

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any specific game or promotion rules.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or incomplete information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• Use of prohibited software, bots, or any automated means to interact with the Platform.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at abajee staff or other players.
• Account access or operation by a person under 21 years of age.
• A request by you to self-exclude or close the account voluntarily.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and abajee with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

No Waiver

Failure by abajee to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. abajee reserves the right to enforce any right or provision at any time.

Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation or interpretation dispute, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail.
